Day 2 - Fixes & Updates

Changes/Fixes:
- Fixes some dialogue clipping off of screen in act 2.
- Fixes issue where task progress was not pausing as intended when journal is open.
- Adds game stats tooltip to moon.
- Tweaks prestige rewards(Reduce cost of scavenge on subsequent runs)
- Removes 'Reset Progress' button on main menu.
- Updates 'Play' button on main menu to 'Continue (Prestige *Level*)' to better indicate progression
Player's Manual should be updated to reflect relevant changes.
